Website Maintenance

While the sites we produce are mostly maintainable by our clients, we do provide maintenance options that put the time and responsibility squarely back on our shoulders - it's an added convenience for clients and allows for piece-of-mind.

Maintenance Bundle

The maintenance bundle works on the basis of buying a number of hours (a minimum of four hours) with an expiry time-frame of three months, to be used whenever you need to. The hourly rate for a maintenance bundle is R320.00, so a minimum four-hour bundle is R1280.00. All maintenance is done within two working days.

We keep a careful log of what we do for you and the time that it takes to complete. If you run out of hours you simply purchase more - in that sense it is like prepaid phone minutes.

Adhoc Maintenance

Alternatively, we do 'out-of-contract' maintenance for R370.00 per hour or part thereof. All maintenance is done within two working days - however maintenance clients do take precedence should we be experiencing heavy support volumes - and any urgent changes that need to be done quicker are charged for at R420.00 per hour.

Maintenance Procedure

We start with each task by performing a quick assessment/investigation to determine what is required. If it's quick we do it and if we anticipate any concerns we keep you informed.

If a particular requirement falls out of the scope of being a small maintenance task and warrants being dealt with as a project then we formalise it in that manner.
